Will Steam send me a bill of any kind?

So, I just entered my gift card and Steam is asking for my home address, for sales tax. Will they be sending me a bill that I have to pay for the sales tax or is it just to calculate it?

You don't need to make another thread for this. No, Valve/Steam will not send you a bill in the mail.

The sales tax will be paid using your gift card funds if you have the right amount available. The address is just to calculate the tax.

i been wondering if steam will send me like tax or somthing like that to my home, i wonder if thats possible?

As was stated 7 years ago, valve will not mail statements to your address. The only reason your address is required is to calculate region currency, sales tax, and to mail hardware purchases.

and to make sure that if you enter nonsense, it's flagged for fraud.

Just be sure that whatever address and info you use, is CONSISTENT across the platform.
