Browsing the Store for Unreleased / Upcoming Games Post-Discovery Update
It doesn't seem like it's possible to view games that aren't out yet anymore after this "Discovery" Steam Store update. I found one or two unreleased games through the discovery queue but that's about it. One of my main ways of finding games I'm interested in before this Discovery thing was to take a look at upcoming games in my favorite genres, but it doesn't seem like there's an option for that anymore. Does anyone know how to view unreleased / upcoming games, especially how to stick to a genre or tag of your choosing?

Yeah, I noticed the same thing. Filtering by Mac or Linux yields exactly zero results, so the only games I can see are the 10 games on the Steam store front, and even they aren't filtered by OS.

Hopefully these are things they'll correct, and all the other shortcomings I'm certainly overlooking. I'm not holding my breath, but still...

Simple scroll down the store page to where there are four tabs:
Popular New Releases | Top Sellers | Coming Soon | Specials

Click Upcoming, then at the bottom of that listing click
See more: Upcoming releases

That will take u to the Advanced Search for Upcoming Releases, then simply filter as needed; such as by OS, etc...

Ok, I see what you need to do now. Before I was going directly into the RPG category which currently has no "coming soon" tab. But Early Access does have a "coming Soon" tab as well categories like RPG (and OS is at the bottom right of those checkable category choices in the search results tab.) But does that mean we can't view upcoming games in our preferred categories? I'll be exploring more to try and find out.

@Bad-Motha: You might as well not select any OS at all to get a full listing of upcoming games. Want I want though is a list of upcoming Linux games. That simply does not work. Same for Mac.

EDIT: Oh, that wasn't what I wrote before. Sorry, I get what you mean now and figured out it out after writing my previous post. It does get around the problem but it's still a bug and is annoying for Linux (and Mac) users.

Ah, and now I see what you meant Bad-Motha, with the upcoming releases tab on the front page. Coulda sworn I looked there without noticing it, but I guess I scrolled blindly past it. Ugh.
