Credit Card Verification.
Well, this is maybe my 20th Steam Wallet fund from my credit card rather than my debit card and this is now the 3rd time the credit card has been locked out for 7 days due to not being verified. Now my question here is, how the hell does one verify a credit card that has not received any of the 2 small authorisations. I have "tried" to contact support 2 times now and both times I've received different automated messages about how they are unable to remove the wait on market transactions and such, which I didn't ask them to do per se, I more so asked them how I could provide any other information on how I am the rightful owner of said card (which I am), as the 2 payments aren't showing up on my credit card.

This was exactly what I coming here to find out. My pending authorizations are not showing up either.
Exactly, and as there is no way to resend the pending amounts and there's also no way other than this to show you're the card owner, you're pretty much stuck in an infinite loop of adding funds and being locked out which is ridiculous.
That will certainly make me think twice about adding funds to the wallet again. Hmm. So the market restriction just goes away then?
It'll go away after around 5-7 days, but every time the restriction is lifted if you add more funds to your wallet using the same card that isn't verified it will then lock you out for a further 5-7 days.

You'd think after the first lock out with the card it wouldn't lock you out again, but nope, it's lock out after lock out. As Steam Support is 1 automated message after another you'll also be furious if you try to contact them.

Me - "I never received any pending authorisations on my credit card, I contact my credit card and they said there have never been any on there either. So my question is, how am I supposed to authorise the card when there's no option for you to resend those authorisation amounts or view them on my credit card."
Them - "Only items and games that are purchased with a trusted payment method can be traded immediately. If you are unable to verify your cards, you must wait 7 days to trade the items. Additionally, any new payment methods used on the account will result in this restriction.

The Steam Community Market will also be unavailable during this time."

As I've said earlier after you complete a transaction You have a timer or restriction to reduce your chances of being frauded. No staff can alter this.

Well the automated message states "any new..." this is far from new, I've made numerious payments on Steam using this card and it's been my main payment method for 3 months or so now. As there's no way to resend these authorisations either, I'm stuck forever in this infinite loop as auto-Steve gives no help what so ever.
All you can really do is wait.

Normally the first response is auto and the 2nd from a technician.

The only thing you can do in your own behalf is to not make anymore tickets regarding the same problem as this slows your chance of receiving a response.
I'm onto my 3rd response, all of which have been automated so far. This is also my 3rd seperate ticket on the same matter. The previous 2 were closed by Steam, not me.
Will you still get the money the y took from you? they tool like 2$ from me without any verification and approval from my end, and they're going to get away with it!?

It's a preauthorization hold, the funds are still under the control of your financial institution and will be released in a few days as dictated by their policies. Valve will not receive any of that money used for the verification regardless of whether you successfully complete the check.
