None of my games download

Ive been having some problems recently with my computer, and now it seems I cant download, install, or even update any of my games. Ive tried restarting my computer, restarting steam, and even uninstalling steam completely, but all my games are stuck at "Downloaded 0/0gb". Can anyone help me with this, please?

Uninstall Steam and then delete your Steam folder in program files (if it is still there).

Now reinstall Steam and try again.

you might want to try restarting your computer, then resetting the files

Oh sweet! I began uninstalling some things i didnt need and now my games are downloading again, thanks guys!
