Unable to open .vpk folders
Hello!
I have recently downloaded a folder that is a .vpk folder.
I want to edit this folder, since it is not all of my interest, only one part.
I have copied and pasted the "vpk.exe" file and have attempted to use it on my .vpk folder.
It says it can't open it since "tier0.dll" is missing from my computer. I have found websites that claim it will fix this, but I would rather ask the community.

Get GCFScape for opening and extracting, compiling would require modding tools I think.

tier0.dll is and any GoldSrc game and probably in Source games as well. vpk.exe is just a part of SDK.

GCFScape for opening and extracting, not editing. You need to extract files, edit them and then compile the package with the modding tools.
