Did you receive the emailed receipt? Is anything is listed even under the "Recent Steam Store Gift Transactions" header on your STORE TRANSACTIONS tab? https://store.steampowered.com/account/
If all that checks out you can try adding something to the Community Market then remove it - this will "reset" your inventory and has been known to push items and gifts out of limbo.
Listing and/or removing an item on the Community Market counts as a transaction.
The missing gifts should appear in your inventory.
