I don't think that my credit card is hacked because there were still money in my card. I believe it may a mistake or something like that
I would contact them and give them the card details as shown here:
https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2268-EAFZ-9762
Tell them you think it is being fraudulently used and see what they say.
Thanks I did it, and I will wait to see what happens.
What does that mean?
The bank told me if you used the card in a website, you can't complain later that someone steal your card and used it in this website. For example I used my card to buy a game 6 month later, and now a hacker or I don't know what happen used the card to buy games. because I used it before 6 month the bank cannot return my money !!!!
Sorry, but that still doesn't make sense. See, "before 6 month" is not a standard English expression (and is not even grammatically correct). Maybe you meant "6 months before", but then you'd need some kind of reference, such as "6 months before the Ebola outbreak" or even "6 months ago".
Sorry, but English is not my first language. I meant "6 months ago"
Did Steam support help you? I faced the same situation yesterday. Someone uses my card and purchases things on Steam.
Then you can contact steam to solve what is related to that.
Which was already mentioned in the Thread.
