My entire steam is in Japanese!

I have no idea what happened I just downloaded Life is Feudal and then everything on the steam workshop has gone japanse and now its everwhere I look

if its the steam client exit the client and restart

If it's a browser

Click the arrow beside your profile pic
mouse over the 3rd option
select language

Surely that's just a coincidence.

Everything will be fine once you restart your computer and/or Steam.

Is the Steam elsewhere in Japanese? If so Go to Steam > Settings > Interface > Set to your Language > Click OK and restart Steam. You might want to use Google Translator to go through those steps. :P
