What is all this Troll or rly don't know stuff?

Sometimes when i've asked a question on steam ppl have asked "Troll or do you not know?" or something simulard like "are you trolling or are you actually wanting to know?" and other stuff like that.

In what section do i find it, and if trolls are a part of american history, then i have one thing to say:
Americans are brave cuz they are brave enough to admit that one thing in their history was trolls, and that they made them, no offense (if anyone is offended). I come from Britain so that means that OFFCOURSE I SUPPORT THE AMERICANS!
