Downgrading to Windows 7?

I have the famous "Preparing Automatic Repair" boot loop. I'm also unable to boot my USB in the settings for some odd reason. Unless, I can get the BIOS to make it boot the USB always. But, I'm kind of stuck here.

Everytime I try the Windows 7 installer. I restart, it gives me the option to set it up. Then, it immediately goes to the same thing.... PREPARING AUTOMATIC REPAIR...


How do I fix this stupid error? Or just get Windows 7?
