Paypal option missing

The last game I purchased was on 12th September and I was able to select the Paypall option. Today however there was no option at all of Paypal. Has this option been discontinued?
My location is Malaysia by the way.

This is bad. The only good thing about Steam is it's cheaper compared to other stores. The bad news is the payment options are limited.

I get my games from GreenManGaming, HumbleBundle and etc. Other places accept paypal.

Actually I quite agree with @Cygnus. Most Malaysian Gamers tend to use MOLPoints.
By the way, I'd like to introduce you guys a virtual debit card service called EntroPay, I tried it and it's usable. The reason why I use it is because I want to watch Hulu but they don't accept cards outside US. (Yes, you can set what country did your account based on, but you might need to get a fake US address (if I remember correctly), in this case I used my Borderlinx address (which is real of course))

NO, That place charges higher rates than paypal about 5 times more.

Edit: Also not all places accept EntroPay, some sites will deem you suspicious thus locking out your card for a month or so.

This is disgusting, I am actually tempted to stop buying from Steam, Paypal was safe and secure, why would I want to give anyone my credit card details
