Paypal option missing

The last game I purchased was on 12th September and I was able to select the Paypall option. Today however there was no option at all of Paypal. Has this option been discontinued?
My location is Malaysia by the way.

i think paypal methods has been removed from SEA location

What?!! That's really odd. I didn't even receive any email saying they will be removing Paypall option from STEAM. By the way, Mocka and WooHoo, are you in the SEA region?

Wait, what? I am from Malaysia too and didn't notice? Nevermind, I'm using my debit card.

Maybe it's because Steam was adding Malaysian Ringgit and Singaporean Dollar right now?
