Retrieving Key Serial Numbers

Hello all,

I am trying to get my serial number for the games I purchased here on steam. I need them so I can activate the same games outside of steam on an "integrated world" .
The games used to have the serial numbers next to them but now they are gone.
When I try and use Steam support I had to make another profile over there. When I tried to write a support ticket it would tell me to verify my email it said to follow the directions in the welcome email. It says that you need another copy sent to you then click this link:Resend.
When I hit that link nothing happens or has happened regardless of how many times I click it.
Now I am stuck with no way to contact Steam or it's support.

Please help.

Just click on the game then look on the right under "LINKS" and you should see a option called "CD KEY" click it and it will show you your CD KEY.

What email provider are yyou using?

LiveMChief. The links are not there anymore. It says no key.

For setting up a support account, Yahoo, AOL, and to a lesser extent hotmail are known for comepletely dropping support emails. I suggest just signing up for gmail for this purpose.

How long does it take to get a response from steam support, it has been 4 days.

For human response around two weeks give or take a few days depending on ticket load and issue priority of your ticket and the ones in front of you in the line.
