Change your Steam password immediately, get SteamGuard to de-authrorize all other computers (it's under Steam > Settings > Security somewhere), then change your Email Address' password.

Did you do anything else other than "only" using your Steam account name and password? Did you upload anything, or download and/or use a file it gave you?
I signed in to a fake steam website

No problem, but please answer the question. Your account and/or computer could still be at risk if you've downloaded something, or if they have certain files or passwords.
we already know that. Answer the question.

did you download/upload and/or run anything from that site?

Those sites usually ask to have you download a "SteamGuard.exe"

Still, go to Steam > Settings and Reset verification for ALL of your computers, not to mention changing your email password. Before any of that, though, run a thorough search of your computer with Norton, McAfee, whatever just to make sure you don't have a keylogger on that snuck through the security.
AH! The fake website! It said it was legit... and it phished me!

Be careful, someone just added me and asked me to "add" their friend because they hit a friend invite limit, which I'm positive doesn't exist. Make sure you read the URL as the one given to me was steamcommuniltly the ID of the phishing account was Calvin_SharkyS/ notice the steamcommunITLY very misleading, so BE WARNED. They try to get you log in with your info and then steal your items. If you are logged in on Steam, then click a supposed Steam link and you're not logged in anymore it should throw some red flags your way.

P.S. Don't go to that link and log in, it's there as an example of what to look out for, and possibly for a moderator to report to the higher ups to try and take the fake site down.

Remove that phishing link from your post Reborn. We don't need more people being hijacked here.
