Not enough disk space????
I just bought Portal 2 and it say it needs 11672 MB to install but I only have 6701 MB available. I checked my hard drive space (btw I have a macbook air with only 50GB of space) it say I have 7.03GB left of space. I deleted all my steam games trying to make more space but it didn't work. I'm thinking that I need to find a way to allow steam to take up more space but I'm not sure how. How do I fix it????

6701 MB is close to 7.03 GB, well.. not really it's closer to 6.7 GB, but close enough for steam to be accurate enough. Portal 2 is saying it needs you to free almost 12 GB of space. 11672 MB is a little under 12 GB.. so you'd have to free up about 5 GB of free space in order to install Portal 2.

Besides deleting even more items from your laptop, there's not really any other way to make more space.

Although it's interesting that the store page for Portal 2 says

Hard Disk Space: At least 7.6 GB of Space

Which you still don't have since you said you only have 7.03 GB of space left.. not 7.6 GB ~ so intereting that when you're downloading the game is suggesting it needs just under 12 GB of space to install..

You need a bigger harddrive on that mac!! :butterfly:
