Second hand market isn't the best idea with PC games in general, due to CD-keys.
Contact the re-seller.
That would mean that EVERY single cd has an individual pressing made as the contents are different on each disk. They only way that would work is if the key is the same for all users.
The skyrim keys are all contained on printed matter. In the anthology you would only have a Skyrim key as that is the only one that can be activated on steam, there should be a black pull out slip on the right side when fully opened that on the back has the key.
