Can u add a free/demo game to your library without downloading right away?

I am currently forced to use my tablet to view, chat or purchase games on steam. My pc is infected with some spyware or something that does not let me view any pages through the steam program. It also won't let me sign in online to my account.
I can purchase games on my tablet and then use my library on my pc to download those games. However when it comes to free games and demos I can't because it automatically wants to download. Since I'm on my tablet this is impossible.
Is there a way to add free and demos to the library to download later?

No. If a F2P game is not installed it is not a part of your library.

No. If a F2P game is not installed it is not a part of your library.

No. I ran a couple scans but didn't put to much effort in after that. It was easier to use the tablet. Now I'll actually put effort into it. Thanks for the offer, though, and responding.
