How to setup a rule for my modem to prioritize my IP especially Dota2.

Here is the list of field in QoS Rule Form:

Priority: [p3 lowest | p2 | p1 | p0 highest]

Thanks for the help! I'm really having problem because my internet is shared. If someone is video streaming or surfing heavily, my ping raises from 140 to 600+
