Paysafe money gone but not added to wallet!
I recently added 10 euros to my wallet using Paysafecard. The paysafe client closed itself down while validating the payment. Now it says the payment is failed, did not get steam wallet money AND the money is gone from my paysafecard! So I just lost 10 euros.

Any admins around here who do answer, unlike the support?

Kind Regards;
Steam Victim

you should ask paysafe what happened as you said the paysafe client closed itself down while validating the payment, you should start asking them first then steam support

It should show back up on your card anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the card issuer's policy.

You may want to delete that last comment even though it is obviously a joke.
