so i have been having trouble for as long as i can remember with my computer, my games are minimized at random moments and i have been unable to track down the cause...

The usual suspects are things that will update automatically... so stuff like your antivirus/security software, Java, iTunes... and especially Windows itself. Turn on your AV's Game Mode if it has one, get rid of Java if possible and check your Windows Update to see if that's been doing stuff when you've had the issue.

Can i just go into my resorce monitor to see a history of when somehting is updating??

and this computer has always been minimizing since day 1 even though i have removed and tried severeal AV's and malware bytes

Not that simple I'm afraid... you'll have to go through Event Viewer for that kind of info. Give your PC another full antivirus scan - preferably in Safe Mode - just to eliminate malware as the cause.
