Choose one of the 2 options. You don't need them both.
(Sets the resolution.. -w = width , -h = height)
(Reloads the original CFG settings, everything is reverted back to default - including custom binds and video settings)
Otherwise it keeps reverting back to default.

You can't setup/test startup commands if the game isn't installed. If this solution doesn't work, THIS resolution fix is NOT the solution to your problem. You should start your own thread and explain your situation. Also, this solution does NOT work for every game. Every VALVE game that runs on source is able to use this fix to fix your resolution problem.
If your problem is something else (Black screen/crashes/whatever), start your own thread and focus on your own problems. Don't try to use fixes that are ment for other problems.
If you still believe you have a resolution problem, consider visiting your <GAME hub> and ask how to change the resolution from outside of the game. Most people have to edit configs to change settings outside of the game.
