Family SHaring game not registering achievements on my account....

Family Sharing a game on my husbands account and it is not registering achievements on my account. We are set to share and have autherized the laptop (both using the same computer). It will let me open the game and play, but it shows his saved games and achievements as being active when I play and is not registering any achievements that I should have unlocked on my account. Any ideas? The game is The Blackwell Legacy and the achievments that should have unlocked are auto one from playing the story.

Looking on the Blackwell Legacy forum i see other people with that problem (to get there yourself just right-click on the game in your Library and pick "View Forum").

It doesn't seem to have anything to do with Family Sharing but rather that the game itself just sometimes has issues where the achievements don't unlock.

Seems one person suggested verifying the game files, and another said they played in windowed mode whtn the achievement works, so, maybe try that? i dunno! ... i've had games have issues with achievements unlocking before though, like some of the Midnight Mysteries HOGs. And i own those games, and am not using them through Family Share.

i own Blackwell Legacy too, but haven't played it yet so i can't help with saying if the achievements work for me or not.
