HELP PLEASE!!!! Call of Duty CoDSP.exe error

So I have played this game all the way through once before. And had this issue before went to the forums did what they suggested and it worked. Now its doing it again but this time its doing it when its trying to load the Stalingrad mission. I've tried the patches mentioned in the community hubs....didn't fix the issue. I also sent a ticket to steam....but I'm suspecting they'll give me a smart a** response and be of no help and it'll turn into a usless back and forth argument like most tickets I submit.


Anyone with any solutions I will love you forever and ever.

I have ran it in safe mode all graphics at minimum, I use windows 7, and my amd is up to date.
