Nexus Mod Manager Times out

I've been trying to download and install Nexus Mod Manager for some time now but after I sign in and click to download, a white window appears and after a few seconds it says, "The operation has timed out". I've had Nexus on my computer before but suddenly I can't do anything with the website. I can't even load the forum pages without timing out.

It's not my internet because I can load anything and everything else just fine and I know it isn't my computer because I've tried it on my laptop as well with the same results.

I've looked around the internet and no one else seems to be having this issue.
Anyone know what's going on here and how I can download NMM?

Go to the game this is for and post in the game hub forum. The steam client does not use Nexus mod manager.

Skyrim
Fallout new vegas
Etc.
