Your game should be in your library immediately. Check the store transactions page and confirm the purchase didn't fail:

Provided it went through okay, launch Steam and go to the "Library" tab. Then click on the game you want to install, and there will be a button to install in the right window.

I paid yesterday and the transactions tab says " pending" but I have my payment recivo reward yesterday.

If it says pending it means you haven't bought the game yet cause Steam didn't recieve the money yet and it's processing the payment.

If you bought it outside of Steam there is a chance that they scammed you or Steam removed it from your Library due to the site you bought from being illegal.
