Valve does not support or recognize any transfer of "items" for money, paypal, etc.
The SSA states that in game items may only be sold in the Steam Marketplace, and that you do not own anything at all. Selling them outside the Steam trading system is a violation of the SSA.

In addition, it will also open you up as a very easy scam target.
