Can you see how long until I can trade?
I have to wait 15 days to trade and it's been I think about 15 days and I want to see how long I have left... But it just says "You must wait 15 days before trading.".

It has said that since the 20th of January... Also this is on my second account I was going to use it for trading because trading on this account was getting messy but either way it isn't exact. So I ask again is there anyway to check the exact amount of time left?

It's in the message: "You must have had Steam Guard enabled for at least 15 days before you can participate in a trade."

You need to wait 15 days.

Go to Steam then Settings. Then the Account tab and check when you turned Steam Guard on. Then add 15 days.

Yes. it is exactly 24x15= 360 hours from when you enabled Steamguard.
