Is there any way to delete or reset achievements?
I bought Skyrim for PC a while back but never really wanted to play due to having to restart all over again. I had already beat the whole game except for Dragonborn DLC on Xbox and really missed my character. So I decided one day to do some scripting and load my Xbox saved game onto Steam. Turns out many achievements were unlocked as soon as I loaded my save game for the first time. Now I look like a cheater and it really pisses me off since I actually obtained them a legit way, over 500 hours on my main character and around 200 hours spread across several others. So I really want to know if I could reset my achievements on Skyrim, I don't mind having to start all over again and re-obtain them as long as I don't look like a cheater. Thank you.

Nope, you can't delete the achievements.
I know uninstalling the game doesn't remove achievements, as they are stored on the server, I'm not sure however if asking Steam to delete the game from your account also deletes the achievements. You'd have to buy the game again even if it did work though, and I can't promise it would.

No, achievements are independent of game licenses. Even if you don't have the license anymore, you'll still have the achievements.

I have used SAM to lock achievements again.
to fix showcase bugs valve will never fix.

and I also used it on TF2 on this account to reset my game stats and achievements.

Could you please explain more and what is SAM (is it allowed by Steam?)

google SAM (steam+sam is enough)or do a search here and read.

skyrim is not VAC enabled so no worries about that in this case.

I will investigate, thank you, although I do seem to see many people that claim to get VAC for it. I will play it safe for now.

it never actually has been proven to trigger VAC bans on vac secured servers.

skyrim does not have VAC as I said , I guess I should not bother giving the proper information ;)

Thank you for giving me your advice, but right now you're the only one ensuring that it's safe. I will keep it in mind, I'm not saying that I don't trust you but I don't really know you so you can't take it personally.

no I am not the only one you have not read anything.

your game does not even use VAC.
it is not the steam police , that was the only problem you read and was worried about.

is steam all a blur and everything steam is the same?

I used it to reset my achievements as well. Just don't use sam while on a secure server.
