How to make my hyper link Without the url brackets
For example, I would have Name[http//Link] But the thing is i have beside the hyperlink is the brackets with small words with the actual URL in it. Is there a way to get rid of those brackets with the URL in it? And just leave the custom message like "Here" or "Go here its cool"
But instead i would get "Here " or "Go here its cool [url] " And so you can see for you self go check my profile and click *more info* look at the visual display at what im talking about. Thanks for taking your time reading would love the help![http//link]

It's a security feature and it's not changing. You can't turn it off.

If it's a link related to the steam community forums then you will get no url brackets,if it's an outside website then you will get the brackets.

Steam use those url brackets so that we know it's an outside website we are going to visit.

YouTube is one of the exceptions.

If I post a link to a YouTube -video here, you'll see a player instead of a link. It's because it's somewhat integrated.

There was a guide for it, but it is now removed. I think because it doesn't work anymore..
How come this guy can do it with that small text next to the hyperlink?

if you don't end the url tag (miss out the [/url]) then it doesn't show the square brackets

Because those are all links to the Steamcommunity and deemed safe by Steam.
What you are trying to do is using external links and those always get the bracket so the user can see instantly where the link leads to.
