What did you do to get negative funds? WHat does your Store/Market Transaction history say?

You can add funds to your wallet, and try to get back to positive.

the first thing you do is trying to pay it back , but if your account is suspended and it will be you probably need to contact support about it.

unless you can have that negative payment reversed.

Ah, it was a Visa chargeback right? Your bank might have though that there was suspicious fraud/forgery going on so they tried to get the money back, and your account was locked for 9 weeks for that.

I have the same problem right now, but I can't ask support to lift it because the bank says there was no chargeback involved, so I have to wait 9 weeks until the restriction is lifted

You miss-interpreted the message. You had 9 weeks to resolve the problem or the restriction would become permanent.
