No Licenses??
Every time I try to download Dino D-Day it comes up with an error saying: An error occurred while installing (no licenses). I am very new to steam and not really sure what that means.

It was a free weekend. That ended 7 hours ago. Now you have to buy it if you want to play it.

I have purchased the game a long time ago and i deleted it. Now i get this no licenses error when i try to install it. Answers?

It is happening to me for SCP SL which is always free.
