CD KEY
I bought CS:GO cd key last year from gaming web site in my country , I activated it and played cs till january 2015 when I got restriction from Steam Support , I wrote a Support Ticket and yesterday I got reply from steam support that i need to prove that I own account , so I need to send them csgo cd key and support ticket number , as I always delete my mails (I dont know why) i also deleted mail with cd key from Site where I bought it , so now I can not find my cd key anywhere ? Can somebody help me , is there anyway where I can find my cd key in game or on steam ??

Did you delete the email from your deleted mail folder? It might still be there. It seems odd that Valve would ask for a CD key after you've already been playing the game.

Yes I deleted all my email from all folders every 2-3 months :/

Maybe you could ask the retailer you bought it from to resend the same CD key they sent to your email, with your email address as proof? Might work.

I asked them and they sent me picture from their bank system account where I can see my payment and what game I bought , then I asked them for cd key (actually email with cdkey which they sent to me) and they said that they cant find it , but they will try to do their best ..

Yes I hope so , because I got restricted for nothing and I wait 18 days for reply from Steam Support .. I red on other forums from 2008-2009 , that if I type ''status'' in console in CSGO then cdkey should appear , but when i type it I got 8 numbers , but I am not sure that that is my cdkey .. Thanks for help and time , appreciate that :)

I do believe the CD-key is limited to only physical phamplets that came with a physical retail copy of a game.

Oh I was lucky , they've found it yesterday and they sent it to me .. I replied to Support with it .
But 1 more question , I was waiting 18 days for reply to my ticket , now when they replied and I reply back will it take another 10+ days?

Likely not; I do still think a virtual copy of a CD-key is insufficient - but good luck with that.

They told me to send them cdkey and handwrite support ticket number under the cd key , here : "If you registered software purchased at a retail location, please handwrite your Support Ticket Number ****-****-**** directly on the quick reference card or sticker above the CD Key (the number should not be written on a separate piece of paper or inserted with an image editor) and reply with a digital photo or scan of the CD Key in .jpg format. Please ensure that you submit a full-color image, rather than a photocopy."

How are you going to handwrite the support ticket number under the CD-key that is virtual?

I kinda figured; I just doubt it's going to work. - But I guess it's still better than nothing.

If a game was registered to the account using a physical retail CD key, please provide the following with your Support Ticket

It has to work , no other way man .. I bought it from online game shop in my country , they send me email with CD KEY , I wrote cd key on steam activation for game , played CS with no problems.. So there are 2 ways to do it , 1st like I do , 2nd I could take photo from email where I received CD KEY and then another photo with support ticket number , they are very clear on that : "please handwrite your Support Ticket Number 3220-WPJM-1178 directly on the quick reference card or sticker above the cd key" , that's what I did

Your own print out will not suffice.

You must supply valid proof of ownership, as detailed in this Support FAQ:
