Deactivate an account temporarily

Hello there,
I want to know if its possible to deactivate my account irreversible for about an month, as
there is exam period for the next time and I should rather study than play Nuclear Throne all the time....Did the same with my fb with an extension for chrome called "stay focused", really helped me, and now im looking to kill the next big distraction :)

Uninstall Steam, and maybe all your games too. The inconvenience can be a nice deterrent.
