Games won't start - dsetup.dll

Hi, I've been having trouble with installing games on my computer, every time I install the game it says "unable to find dsetup.dll"

This problem has occurred with every game I have downloaded.

It appears that DirectX is having trouble running it.

Go to instalation "steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\bin" copy all files to main folder "steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive" or "csgo" folder. That fix the problem "failed to load the launcher dll" but not "dsetup.dll"
