Posted a rude art in form of ascii codes on my profile comments (♥♥♥♥♥)
The problem that this account is also accessible for my young brother (10 years old) and the problem is:
1. I cannot report the user. It alwas shows that there is a problem sending a report to steam
2. How can I block such messages?

You can set your profile to private, for starters.

Disabling profile comments altogether is also an option.

As for the report, try it again later.

There is a block button on all profile if you click on "more". Try that.

Tried reporting in the Steam client and in some web browsers? Try the one you havent yet.

Be detailed in the report. (copy it in case it doesn't work.)

Sharing accounts violates the SSA. (Family Sharing does not.) Do you know the difference?

You can block people by going to their profile and click on the "More" button and select "Block all communication".
