Why I can't deposit my steam account

2 weeks ago, I can deposit over 200, then they block my account. 1 week ago, I deposit 200 , then~~~~~~~~~i can't deposit any more. and the steam let freeze market transactions 1 week. today i can use my market transaction, but i still can not deposit money~~~why?

There used to be a $200 USD limit on steam wallet balances, there's now a $500 limit i belive - you will not be able to add funds over that limit (allowing for currency conversions).

Additionally, the market restrictions are likley due to the limitations put in place when you add a new card to your account, or the enabling/disabling of steam guard.
