Yes. Most laptops draw air in though the keyboard. A few like my ASUS G73 draw it in through the bass speaker grill (on the front edge).
Either way, give it a good shot with canned air from time to time.
If flammable; might not want to turn your laptop on immediately after you've sprayed it and give it at least 10 minutes. (Recommendation lies around 30 mins [It says this on the can])
