i can't gift my friend

Well, ARE you and your friend from these countries? DID you try again? HAVE you encountered this error repeatedly?

do not forget

1) you can randomly put a Country in your Steam Account Profile in your Steam Account profile Settings

it is not an accurate way of telling people which country you are EXACTLY from.

your "friend" can put the country as any South East Asia Country through Steam Account profile settings

but the likelihood of it being ACCURATE AND CORRECT is extremely low.
