Even changed regions from EU to US just to check.
Any help would be appreaciated.
If i wanna download, it says: no internet connection.
The Support says: we are sorry, read the forum.
Provider says to me: you have connection, the speed is all right... we can nothing do for you.
Trying to download either says "No internet connection" or "Manifest unavailable".
Trying to launch the games via Steam returns "An error occurred while launching this game: no internet connection".
Launching games directly from the folder gives me 2 results:
1) For some offline games, I can play but get "Unable to Sync" to the Steam Cloud
2) Fail to fully launch and says "no internet connection" or "Backend Error"
I can still chat and use several other features.
I've tried:
1) Changing the download region multiple times to different countries (I am from the US)
2) Designating specific IP for my IPv4 and IPv6
3) Restarting my modem
4) Updating Steam
5) Clearing Steam Cache
6) Disabling antivirus (Kaspersky Total Security)
7) Adding Valve and Steam to the trusted/unrestricted list
Any help is appreciated.
