You can find many post with people that know better actual get hammer down by some steam users, overtime the truth will be seen no matter what. ( most educated person has basic knowledge other do not, keep that in mind if this can help your mood.
or wait a week to see if this help you before you do drastic choise. gl with it.
Alternatively, changing your attitude towards the forums helps a lot. Increase your cynicism a bit. Don't take things so seriously. Know that some of the people you're interacting with very well could be actual children or otherwise mentally limited in some way. Also try and realize that everyone has their own subjective viewpoint separate from your own, and there are reasons they believe what they believe or understand things a certain way based on their own experiences, and those experiences might not line up with your own, and that's okay.
Once you do this and start allowing yourself to be okay with other people being wrong, (in your own subjective opinion), it becomes much easier. This is actually something I still catch myself struggling with from time to time.
2. Self control. Learn some.
