NOTI ! How to fix Steam infinity login issues and game launch issues

Here's one solution that's currently working in Korea.
If you're experiencing the following issues, try this:
- Steam login takes a near-infinite amount of time.
- Even after successfully logging in, none of your library games will launch.

The link is in Korean, but download the registry file at the bottom, run it, and restart your computer.
After installing this registry file, all my issues were resolved immediately.

Thanks, it was indeed a certificate issue. The reg file didn't work. What worked was manually installing "DigiCert Global Root G3" certificate from the digicert website. This is what steam is currently using.
