Market Page is Completely Blank
When I try to open the market through https://steamcommunity.com/market or https://steamcommunity.com/market/#myhistory, I get completely blank pages. They are completely featureless, just a blue screen apart from the bar at the top that has the "STORE", "LIBRARY", etc buttons and the url. I don't know how to access my purchase and selling history.

When I try to accessing it by selling something new I get this message: "You've made too many requests recently. Please wait and try your request again later."
