can't reach steam support after hack/scam

So it's an update on the previous post,
The fact that I am stuck in child mode with the other account makes me unable to do anything
I tried to access security settings on the acout, but I can't even change password or anything, and I can't seem to do account restoration either.

So my steam support tickets keep being closed and I still can't reach them
