Solution to the problem with "You have made too many requests. Please wait and try your request again later."
If your Steam Trading Platform or Inverter has stopped working, you just need to log into your Steam account from a browser and connect to a VPN. This will open your temporarily unavailable Trading Platform or Inverter. And from a mobile device, you just need to turn on the VPN and log in from your mobile Steam
