HOW TO PLAY?
It's hard for me to play games because every 20-30 minutes something like freezes happens that don't end for 5 minutes, and the fps drops to 2, what should I do with the PC?
GTX 1650 video card
16GB of GPU memory
The processor itself is an Intel Core i7 10750H

Give us some examples of the games you're attempting to play. Its possible your PC may not be good enough to play them.

GTA V, silent hill 2, rdr 2, kingdom come 2, uncharted And in general, all the games on the account, it's just that before, when I played, there were no such freezes

Its most likely a driver update, but these specs are not very good. Your GPU only has 4GB VRAM which is not sufficient for todays standards, and your CPU is also very slow. To top it off it seems you are playing on a laptop which makes these components even weaker than their desktop PC counterparts. I would suggest a full upgrade to a new PC / laptop.
