need Help with Refund

Was wondering if anyone can help. I was saving up to get the new black opps 7 but i accidentally purchased no 6,because it is a dlc,it is linked with warzone, so now it looks like i have spent many hours on game, but i have not even tried it as yet. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Need a refund

Choose "I still have a question..."

Explain the entire issue carefully.

And hope for the best.

Don't touch Call of Duty HQ (none of the titles) until you get a reply from support.

Looking at your achievements, you've reached prestige 1 so that excuse wont work.
