I did not play dota for over 5 years and last night i say that my account get banned ?

I tried to ask for help from Valve, but I only get an automatic message, not even a reply from a real person.
What can I do? I haven’t played for more than 5 years, I think my last match was in 2018, and out of nostalgia I wanted to play again, but I see that my account is banned?
Steam support is more like steam automatic respond.

Steam support does not have the tools to remove any kind of game or vac ban from accounts.

On top of that your account is not showing any permanent bans.

when i enter in the game i can't find any match it was i am banned until 2038

Dota 2 bans are permanent.

2038 is just a placeholder date.
