Steam Gift card not wanting to send [SOLVED]

I have been trying to send a 25 CHF steam gift card to a friend in my friends list for the past few days and it always tells me there was an error and that I should try again later or contact support. I couldn’t figure out how to contact support so instead I’m writing this.
I thought it was a problem with my credit card. But when I added the 25 CHF it still wouldn‘t work and not even choose my wallet but my credit card which won‘t work when trying to gift the steam gift card.
Could it be because my friend isn‘t from the same region as me?
Please help I can‘t figure it out nor can I reach out to a human support for effective help.

What I meant with I couldn‘t figure out how to contact support I mean that I couldn‘t find any matching topic to my problem nor a way to contact a person.

No, he isn‘t. I‘m from Switzerland and he‘s from Turkey… so that means it won’t work at all?

If your sending a digital gift card through steam then it will auto change to their currency when they accept it. https://store.steampowered.com/digitalgiftcards/
