Can't open market
I'm having trouble opening the Steam Community Market; it's been going on for over 3 months. It rarely opens, and usually gives me the message: 'You've made too many requests recently.

I need to wait 5min so it can open. Really annoying but works at least

same, but for me waiting 5 minutes doesnt do anything. It simply doesnt work... any tips?
