How Do I Recover My Stolen Account?

Hello, My first steam account was hacked years ago and i didn't know how to recover it so i created a new one. Today i just remembered about that account and a game i used to play when i was little and i do not remember the name of the game. Also my old CS:GO account is in there too. Today i tried recovering it but it always asks me the email or phone number but when i was hacked they changed all of the info except the username. I can provide the first email used on that account, the games and stuff also the card that i used buying games. Please somebody help me i really wanna get that account back so many memories on that thing ):

When doing an account recovery, do not try to rush thru the process. Trying to rush thru normally results in information being missed and time wasted. Take your time and read everything.
